Shimao Bright Lihu Bay: A Sales Office Design by Grace Kwai

Inspired by the Flowing Lihu Lake

The reception lobby of Shimao Bright Lihu Bay sales office exudes a palace-style ambiance with a vibrant red and green palette. The luxurious front desk and vermilion table legs illuminate the space, while the grainy hanging painting resembles stretching mountains. Pink decorations reflect an elegant life idea, adding a touch of sophistication.

In the negotiation area, bold and romantic red takes center stage, with pure white interspersed to create a striking contrast. Petal-like negotiation chairs bloom in the space like roses, while the black marble floor enhances the intellectual beauty of the area. The irregular circular chandelier on the ceiling wall showcases the order in chaos, representing the beauty of life.

With a total area of 800 square meters, Shimao Bright Lihu Bay sales office features an in-depth negotiation area that utilizes orange pink as the main color. Black and white embellishments create a beautiful and dreamy design concept. The beige sofa with pink pillows echoes the pink orange sofa chair, while the marble coffee table enhances the elegant and noble character of the space. The pink round floor lamp highlights the space's unique features and adds a girlish sense of space.

The sand table area in Shimao Bright Lihu Bay sales office breaks away from traditional decoration, incorporating fresh and playful design concepts. Pink and white decorative balloons and three-dimensional mirror disk ornaments bring the space to life, creating an interactive and engaging atmosphere in the core area.

The project was completed in July 2020 in Wuxi, China. The design team faced the challenge of creating a space that was mainly white but embellished with high-saturation red. The result is a simple and elegant decoration style with a low-key business vibe. The red decorative paintings echo the irregular wall hollows, while the transparent platinum decorative showcase at the door and the carpet with gray dots add a playful touch to the space.

Shimao Bright Lihu Bay sales office design by Grace Kwai has received recognition for its outstanding creativity and ingenuity. It was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design category in 2021. This prestigious award honors designs that exhibit strong technical and creative skills, contributing to quality of life improvements and making the world a better place.
